- To maintain your shell pearls, put them on after your make-up, perfume, and lotions, and store separately in a soft lint-free cloth or pouch to avoid dulling and scratching

- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, and cleaners with ammonia, harsh chemicals, and abrasives
