Shipping & Returns

Your jewelry will be shipped via UPS within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. 

Canadian Shipping 

  • Free UPS shipping for orders CAD$100 and greater (before taxes).
  • A standard UPS shipping rate of CAD$16 will apply to all orders less than CAD$100.
  • Orders within Canada are shipped via UPS “standard” service and will take 3-5 days to arrive. A tracking number will be sent to your email address.

US shipping currently unavailable

  • Due to current tariff regulations, we are currently unable to ship to the US.
  • To our valued and prospective US clients, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to serve you again soon!

International Shipping  

We offer a flat rate of CAD$49 for shipping to international destinations. 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These additional costs may be incurred at time of delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to completing your order. Please review the tracking number supplied to you via email to track your shipment.

The buyer assumes risk of loss for merchandise purchased on this website after we give the product to UPS for shipping. We only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if a customer provides a UPS tracking number. UPS will email you a tracking number after you complete your purchase on our website.

Returns

Jewelry may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery date to you. Please email hello@jaistyle.com and let us know you plan to return and ship back your piece(s). Returned items will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • All merchandise must not have been worn and be in original condition.
  • All hangtags must be attached to the product.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method and credit card number.
  • Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded; return shipping and handling fees are the sender’s responsibility.
