I purchased an amulet necklace from Karen in 2018 and wear it almost every day! My daughter borrowed it a couple of months ago and unfortunately broke one of the clasps. I reached out to Karen to ask for a suggestion on how to repair it and she got back to me immediately offering to fix it, free of charge! I got my necklace back in perfect condition.
